2020 has easily been the most challenging year in most of our professional careers, and while some of us have been able to survive the various stresses of this year reasonably well, other in our peer group are experiencing tremendous struggles right now.  I ask for your help on behalf of the physicians in Lee County.  Four years ago, the Lee County Medical Society created this Foundation to provide funding for the Physician Wellness Program, and now more than ever this program is necessary.

Due to the pandemic our usual fund-raising events have been cancelled yet the program is being used more than ever.  This is why we are reaching out to you to ask for donations. 

To show our appreciation, we will be acknowledging your donation in the LCMS Bulletin and here on the website and providing you a thank you gift of custom made masks of medical grade fabric.

These washable masks are made of medical grade fabric with a metal nose clip for a tight fit around the nose and opening at the bottom of the mask enabling a filter to be inserted. The ear strings can be adjusted for long lasting comfort by the plastic holders.  To received your masks in the first production schedule (the week of January 11, 2021), your donation will need to be received by December 23, 2020.   Individual masks may be purchased for $10 using this link.
