Physician Wellness Supporter

• Make a contribution to the Physician Wellness Program before April 19th
• $200, covers the cost of one physician visit with a mental healthcare provider
• $600, covers the cost of three physician visits with a mental healthcare provider
• $1,200, covers the cost of six physician visits with a mental healthcare provider
• Each contributor will enjoy a prominent sign on the race course displaying your name and contribution level (optional, upon request)

If you would like to donate a branded item to be gifted to the race participants, please contact marketing@lcmsfl.org. Items may include private labeled water bottles, key chains, sports drinks, fruit, granola bars, etc. The value of your promotional item will determine your sponsor level (above).

The 2024 Lee County Medical Society Foundation charity 5k run or 2k walk will take participants through Lakes Park and its surrounding neighborhoods. This fundraising event supports the Physician Wellness Program - keeping our physicians mentally healthy so they can keep our community healthy.

REGISTRATION OPEN

Sign-in at 7:30am. *First 75 participants receive commemorative race t-shirt.
Race packets (and t-shirts) can be picked up the morning of the race at 7:30am. 

Live race starts at 8:00am.

RACE CATEGORIES (MALE/FEMALE): 10 and under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75 and over

Each race participant will receive a $10 food voucher for a Food Truck breakfast!

This is a great, affordable, out-of-the-office, team-building opportunity that encourages fitness, collaboration, and community spirit.
