  It requires a password given by the Medical Society.
• Gold Sponsor – $5,000.00
  This ticketed price includes 6 tickets to the event, business logo in event program, trade-show table at the event, verbal recognition at the event, logo placement in all print and electronic media and recognition in pre and post event press releases.
• Platinum Sponsor – $10,000.00
  As our platinum sponsor, you will receive champagne at your table for 8 guests; full page ad in event program; trade show table at the event; premier logo featured on event invitations; opportunity to speak at the event; logo placement in all print and electronic media; rolling thank you before and after the program; recognition in pre and post event press releases.
• Silver Sponsor – $3,000.00
  This ticketed price includes 4 tickets to the event, business logo in event program and tradeshow table at the event.
• Table Sponsor – $1,500.00
  This ticket price includes 8 seats at a marked table with champagne at the start of the event.
