    Please arrive early to meet your foursome and travel to your foursome's starting tee-off hole.
    Shotgun start at 8:30am.  
    Entry includes cool golf swag.
    Awards luncheon following tournament to include:

    Lowest Score, Individual 
    Lowest Score, Foursome
    Closest to the Hole
    (non-mulligan players)

    This event is presented by Lee County Medical Society Foundation. Proceeds will support the Physician Wellness Program.
