 DUES STRUCTURE

• Active Membership Dues - $425.  Dues are prorated after April.  Renew HERE.
• Resident/Fellow Membership: $45.00 - Intern or Resident Physicians in Lee County, Florida
• Retired Membership: $50.00 - Physicians who have fully retired from practice in Lee County or from another country/state.
• New Applicant Fee: $100.00
